All Zoho services down due to a switch fail
Zoho experienced an outage on September 26 2013 that affected all of its services. The outage started around 2:32 pm PST and lasted 52 minutes for most of the services, except ZohoMail which took three hours to restore. Zoho reported that the issue arose when a switch in the datacenter started losing packets. The switch, however, didn’t fail fully, so the backup switch didn’t take over.
