On October 19 at 11:20 PM UTC Windows Azure experienced an issue with Storage in the East US sub-region.
One hour later, the Windows Azure Service Dashboard indicate:
The root cause has been identified as an internal networking issue and we are evaluating the appropriate repair steps to ensure full recovery.
Finally, the issues was resolved on October 20 at 1:20 AM UTC
