BlackBerry services disrupted again; users unable to send emails or messages
BlackBerry customers across India and some parts of the world were not able to send emails or messages via BlackBerry Messenger as the Canadian company’s services were disrupted for a few hours on Friday, May 3 2013.
Disgruntled BlackBerry customers poured their outrage on Twitter while demanding answers from the handset maker. BlackBerry said that the services were down only for some time and the company was working on restoring connectivity. “Some of our customers may be experiencing issues with BlackBerry services. All relevant support teams are working to resolve the issue. We apologize to any customers who may be affected,” the company said when the issue was highlighted by customers on Twitter.
