Hard tuesday for Azure
On September 28, Windows Azure experienced outages on Compute [North Europe], [West Europe] and [West US].
According the Windows Azure Service Dashboard the Europe North and West issues was due to a network problem from 7:45 PM UTC to 9:15 PM UTC that impact Compute, ACV2.0, Service Bus and CDN. In the West US infrastructure, there was an internal networking issue from 4:30 AM UTC to 5:50 AM UTC. This outage has impacted on 4.58% of the hosted services deployed in this sub-region.
