PayPal outage affects Yahoo Store
Yahoo confirmed on their Store Blog that PayPal had an outage between 2 p.m. PDT, June 25, and 3:12 p.m. PDT, June 26. The issue was reported to be caused by a product update initiated by Paypal and was resolved by both PayPal and Store Control Panel.
