Rackspace Cloud Sites sufferer for 23 hours
On June, 03 2013 at 11:10 AM EDT, Rackspace Cloud Sites had an issue that cause intermittent latency and possible timeouts for customers with websites hosted at DFW1.WC2 datacenter (Dallas). At 11:26 AM EDT the large majority of sites in DFW1-2 datacenter was restored, however, some websites utilizing our php53-22 web cluster still experiencing timeouts. The issue was confirmed resolved at 10:18 AM EDT on June, 04.
No detailed information was given by Rackspace Cloud Sites engineers on the root cause of this issue.
