Twitter’s outage prevents some users from logging into their accounts
Twitter has experienced an outage starting at around 6:16 AM on August 13 2013 that left some users unable to log into their accounts. Three hours later, Twitter posted an update on its Support page stating that the issues were resolved:
“The login issues are now resolved. Thanks for your patience and happy tweeting!”
