Windows Azure: network issue at North Europe and South Central US
On December 5, from 9:21 AM UTC and 10:40 AM UTC, Windows Azure experiencing a network issue impacting Compute, Storage and dependent services in North Europe and South Central US sub-regions. Microsoft identified that was a new networking device, introduced for increasing network bandwidth in the sub-regions, caused this issue.
