Azure network issues
According Windows Azure Service Dashboard, a networking issue in the Europe region has affected Windows Azure Compute, ACV2.0, Service Bus and CDN on 28 September 2012.
The Service Dashboard indicate an issue start at 7:45 PM UTC and said resolved at 9:15 PM UTC. No precise information was provided about this network issue.
