Difficulties in Salesforce NA2
The Thursday, February 7, 2013 was not a good day for Salesforce customers who use the NA2 instance.
Between performance degradation making access difficult saleforce.com and service disruption making them impossible from 5:38 UTC to 15:39 UTC salesforce.com customers were not able work with their SaaS solution.
The salesforce.com Technology Team did not (yet) explain the root cause.
