Rackspace Cloud Sites email outages
From July 22, 2013, 11:26 AM EDT to July, 23, 2013, 12:52 PM EDT some users are experiencing connectivity issues to our Cloud Sites Email environment.
According Rackspace engineers:
one of our mail environments that has experienced a multiple hardware failure scenario. At this time, roughly 1,500 mailboxes are impacted by this outage and our teams are working as fast as possible to bring the system back online.As our engineers work to restore full connectivity, users may notice they are able to connect and receive new mail, but existing mail may not immediately be available.
