Service disruption at Salesforce

SalesForceOn January 7, 2013 at 21:30 UTC Salesforce has suffered a outage caused by a software failure affecting the EU0 storage tier. During these times, customers on the EU0 instance may have initially experienced an inability to access the application.

Salesforce indicate they worked with their vendor to resolve the issue and return service, that has been resolved at 22:06 UTC
